This is a lighter version of a favorite occasional munchie. For an even healthier version, skip the chocolate and add chopped dried fruit. We love dried cherries and cranberries. Ingredients

3C Quaker Oats
1 1/3C Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt
1C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1C Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1C I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 C Semisweet chocolate chips
1C natural peanut butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Blend sugars, butter, and peanut butter on med-high until pale and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Mix in eggs and vanilla.
Reduce speed to low and slowly add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
Lightly grease cookie sheet (spray is preferrable) and drop large tablespoon of dough, spacing cookies approx. 2 inches apart.
Bake cookies until golden brown and just set, approx. 10-13 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
