Number of Servings: 4


    - 2 breasts of Chicken Breast substitute or tofurkey cubed
    - 2 stalks (or about a 1/4th of a cup) of Celery
    - 1/2 an onion
    - 2 stalks of green onion
    - 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    - 1/2 cup miracle whip or mayo
    - 5 stalks fresh baby dill
    - a 2.5 oz bag of almonds, slivered

    - 1/2 a haas Avocado
    - 2 strips of morningstar farms veggie bacon chopped
    - 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds


Prepare fake chicken as recommended on box, set aside to cool. Cut all your veggies. In a bowl add your sour cream to your mayo. Mix in veggies, dill and almonds. Cube the "chicken" and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
