Introduction

A great way to use up left over Salmon or just stay warm and comfy on a cold night. A great way to use up left over Salmon or just stay warm and comfy on a cold night.

Ingredients

    1 lbs Atlantic Salmon-Cooked
    1/4 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese
    1 Cup Shredded Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
    1 Onion diced
    2 Cups Cooked Whole Wheat Pasta of Choice
    1 Can Creamed Soup of Choice
    1/2 Can Low Fat Milk

Directions

I use left over salmon fillets, or you can freshley cook the Salmon. Place in mixing bowl, turn to stir, add other ingreediants, place in casserole dish and back uncovered for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Serve with Salad, steamed vegitables and buscuits.
