Ingredients

    1 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 T. olive oil
    1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 cans cannellini or white beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth
    1.5 can chopped green chilis
    .5 t. each salt and cumin
    .5 t. dried oregano
    .25 t. each chili powder and ground black pepper
    1/16 t. ground cloves
    1/16 t. ground red pepper

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in oil in large pot over med-high heat. Add chicken and brown 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on love 4 to 6 hours. Uncover and cook 1 hour longer, stirring occasionally.
