Ingredients

    1# extra lean ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/3 cup cracker meal
    1 egg
    1 large can tomato paste


Directions

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce.
Shape into a loaf.
Brown all sides in non stick skillet

Put loaf in pressure cooker. Add tomato sauce, plus 1 can of water.
Set pressure to 15# and cook 30 minutes.

Can add quartered peeled potatoes with tomato sauce.
