Introduction

Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    100grams of raw or brown sugar
    250g soft margarine
    About 300g sweetened condensed milk (add more if mixture is too dry)
    250g chocolate chips
    350g white flour
    2tbsp baking powder

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Beat margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl
3. Incorporate condensed milk and beat again
4. Stir in flour and baking powder
5. Add chocolate chips and mix well
6. Roll into small balls, place on tray and flatten into bicuit shapes
7. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked. (note, biscuits will harden when cooled)
