Ingredients

1-3/4 c whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 sticks light butter
3/4 c brown sugar splenda blend
1/4 c splenda granular
2 eggs
2-1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c craisins
1/2 c white chocolate chips
3-1/2 c oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients together through nutmeg. Set aside.
Beat together on medium speed butter through vanilla until well blended. Stir in the flour mixture until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients.
Drop the dough onto cookie sheets, about 1 tablespoon balls (I used a scooper). Lightly flatten with your fingers. Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until lightly browned and slightly firm in the middle. Remove from cookie sheet after slightly cooled, about two minutes.
Makes 3-1/2 to 4 dozen.
