Introduction

This is a very tasty recipe that everyone in my family enjoys! This is a very tasty recipe that everyone in my family enjoys!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1" peices)
    2 tbsp Basil
    1/4 cup peanuts, chopped (optional)
    3/4 cup Kraft Cramy Poppyseed Dressing
    2-3 garlic cloves, pressed
    1" piece fresh gingerroot
    2 cups white rice, cooked

Directions

Heat 10-12" skillet over med-high heat. Place cubed chicken in pan and let cook for 2 minutes. It will brown; stir and let sit another 30 seconds, repeat until no longer pink. Reduce heat and add basil and chopped nuts.
For dressing, in small bowl mix poppyseed dressing, garlic, and the juice from the gingerroot. To juice, shread it with a cheese grater and squeeze juice into bowl.
I pour about 1/3 of dressing mixture over the chicken. Serve hot with coocked rice, add dressing to taste.
