    2 tbl. Nesquik - no sugar added
    2 tbl. Peanut butter
    2 scoops whey protein (I use vanilla)

Directions

Blend until smooth!

    Yummy! I left out the Nesquik and used Chocolate Protein powder. I also added ice. It was very tasty! - 2/1/09
