Ingredients

1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cups brown sugar packed
1/2 cup chopped apricots
1/2 cups raisins
1/4 cup sliced almonds
3 tbsp. unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp. sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch salt
1 lg. egg
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup corn syrup
Directions
350 oven. Mix all ingred. from oats to salt.Whisk other ingred. and pour over dry ingred. Stir to coat. Press into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15-20 min. Cool on rack.
