Introduction

A classic St. Louis tradition! Mmm!

You seriously have to cut this into itty bitty pieces for it to not give you a heart attack when you plug it into your tracker. Beware, but enjoy! :)

You seriously have to cut this into itty bitty pieces for it to not give you a heart attack when you plug it into your tracker. Beware, but enjoy! :)

Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 1/2 tsp Ener-G egg replacer
    2 T water
    1 stick melted butter

    Mix (best bet use hands) and press into 9x13 pan.

    Filling:
    1 package (8 oz) fat free cream cheese
    3 tsp Ener-G egg replacer
    1/4 cup water
    4 cups unsifted powdered sugar, reserve 2 T for topping

    Mix 3 minutes; pour over crust, bake for 35-40 minutes at 350. Check at 30 minutes; if brown, remove from oven.

    Add reserved powdered sugar for topping after cooling.

Directions

Makes 32 small pieces.

Best served cold!
