Introduction

Really easy, tastes good mixed! Really easy, tastes good mixed!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    10 Snap Green Beans
2 Five Oz Pieces of Pork
1 Tbsp Crocks Calcium Enriched Spread
    1 Cup LG Brown Rice

Directions

Cook Rice as your normally would (I cook mine in my rice cooker, so that I can steam the grean beans with it)
Grill the pork (George Forman works great)
Steam the grean beans

I then cut the pork into bit size pieces, and cut up the steamed grean beans. Add to rice, and then add the margerine spread. Mix.

Makes two equal servings

I don't love brown rice, and have found that this is a great way to eat it, and mixed together I feel like I am getting more than I would otherwise! My fiance also needs low acid, because of a stomach condition, and this fits those needs. Easy to make after a long day!
