Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef (brown)
    2 cans of mild chili with beans
    1/4 salsa
    1/4 sugar (could use half splenda)
    64 oz vegetable juice

Directions

Brown the beef. Then add all ingredients to a soup pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
