Introduction
From the back of the jet puffed marshmallow creme recipe. I just put it here because we eat it every year at christmas and I wanted an easy way to track it. Ingredients

1/5 sticks butter
3 Cups granulated sugar
2/3 C evaporated milk
12 oz Chocolate Chips
1 Jar (7oz) Marshmallow Creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Mix margerine sugar and milk in 3 qt saucepan
Bring to a rolling boil
Continue to cook and boil 5 minutes
Remove from heat
Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add remaining ingrediences
Mix well
Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan
(I use an olive oil spritzer to use less than a teaspoon of olive oil to grease the pan - this amount is included in the calorie calculation)
Cool at room temperature
