Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, sliced
2 small onions, chopped
2 c chopped green cabbage
2 c chopped cauliflower
1 (14.5 oz) white beans
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T light cream cheese
4 T plain light yogurt
1/4 c skim milk
4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 T sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
paprika, salt, pepper, to taste
butter flavor cooking spray
Directions
Cook potato rounds until almost done. Set aside.
While potato is cooking, cook onions until soft in a large frying pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.Add cabbage, cauliflower and garlic. Cook until veggies are just tender. Stir in beans.
Melt together cream cheese, milk and yogurt. Stir in caraway seeds. Season to taste with salt and pepper (be generous).
Fold mixture into veggies. Fold in bacon.
Layer half the potatoes on bottom of medium casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon veggie mixture over potatoes. Top with remaining potato slices. Coat potatoes with a little non-stick spray. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 325 degrees.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Return to oven and bake about 5 minutes more (watch to make sure seeds don't get too dark).
