Ingredients

    1.3 lb venison, cut into steaklettes

    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp flour

    2.5 cup tomato sauce
    14g porcini mushrooms, dry (reconsitute)
    1/2 cup red wine
    2 tbsp worchester sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    29 spanish olives, halved
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

    4 oz swiss cheese

    3 cups dry rigatoni

Directions

Drege steaklettes in flour, sear in hot olive oil.

mix ingredients in third category together and pour over steaklettes in a caserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour. 15 minutes prior to completion, place swiss cheese on the top of the caserole, remove dish top and continue baking.

Cook pasta, drain, and serve pasta sauce over top.
