    2 heaping tbsps. of chocolate protein powder
    1 cup skim milk
    1 cup ice-cubes
    2 tbsps. smooth peanut butter
    1 small banana


Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

    This is my go to breakfast, but never ever thought of adding protein, what a GREAT idea! I personally use Almond Milk I think it has a richer taste, this is awesome, going to add this!Thanks!! - 3/18/14

    It taste very good even if you omit the banana. Light soy milk gives it a creamy smooth texture that makes a nice frothy layer on top. - 1/16/09

  • Great idea. We do not get any protein powder but I thought of using a nut milk with fruit & cacao powder I would also add a bit of coffee powder. - 8/17/19
