Nice substitute for an ice cream craving. Unless your protein powder has high fiber, I think that 22 g might be incorrect. I can only find 3.3g with the one I am using. Nevertheless, absolutely a go to snack.
Great idea. We do not get any protein powder but I thought of using a nut milk with fruit & cacao powder I would also add a bit of coffee powder.
This is my go to breakfast, but never ever thought of adding protein, what a GREAT idea! I personally use Almond Milk I think it has a richer taste, this is awesome, going to add this!Thanks!!
