    2 tbsp Light Olive oil
    1 Garlic Clove
    .25 med Onion sliced
    6 c. chopped broccoli
    3 small sweet bell peppers
    454 g. cooked shrimp
    250 g. immitation crab


heat oil
Fry garlic & onions
Add veggies with a little water to steam them
cover and cook till tender
Add meat and heat till meat is warm trough!
Add 1/2 c Oyster Sauce and serve over brown rice!
