Ingredients

1/3 Onion chopped
1 stalk Celery chopped
2 tsp Canola Oil
1/2 Tbsp I can't believe it's not butter, lite
1 cup skimmed milk
1 bottle clam juice
1 serving of breakfast ham , cut in strips or dice
6 oz can of clams
Directions
Warm dutch oven on stove. Add the Canola Oil. Stir fry the onion and celery to soften, not to brown. Add a little water if needed. Brown the ham.
Measure 2 servings of the 15 HamBeen soup with broth. Put half in Blender. Add the milk. Puree.. Add the puree to the dutch oven.
Add the remaining beans.
Add the I Can't Believe it's not Butter for richness.
Stir well & simmer until warm.
Add the clams including the juice. and warm a few minutes.
