    1 lb lean ground beef or tukey
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    3-4 galic cloves, crushed
    2 cans diced tomatos
    1 can stewed tomatos
    2 can tomato paste
    salt, pepper, italien seasoning or a combination of fresh or dried herbs like rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme


Saute Ground Beef, onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are tender. Add tomato paste to pan and stir constantly , letting paste brown slightly. Add remaining tomatos with juices and enough water to make a good consistancy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs. Cover and simmer over low heat for at least 30 min. up to several hours. Add small amounts of water if needed. Longer cooking time results in more flaverful sauce.
