Introduction

Ingredients

Tortillas (medium size), 20
Green bell peppers, 2
Jalepeno, 1
Canned tomatoes, 2 cans
Garlic cloves, 3
Chicken breasts( no skin or bones), 3
Onion, 1
Brown rice, 2 cups
Directions
Chop bell peppers, and onion into bit size pieces
Dice jalepeno (no seeds)
Add with tomatoes and garlic to crock pot on high for 4 hours
Cut chicken into thin long pieces, and cook in a pan untill white (about 5 mins), add to crock pot.
Stir occasionally
Cook brown rice, about 2 hours after, and add to the mix
Oven to 350
When fajita mix is done, put a spoonfull scoop into warmed tortilla
(i use a pan on the stove on low heat)
wrap so both ends are closed and put all fajitas on cookie sheet
Bake fajitas about 10 mins ( depends on oven )
READY TO ENJOY!
* One serving is 2 Fajitas
****I also make a sauce ( we call is mexi-ranch) with ranch and tapatio hot sauce with some chili powder and red pepper flakes****
