    Very Good
Casserole was good - satisfied at least two picky eaters.

I made half of the dish as a Reuben (corned beef), 1/4 as a Rachel (turkey) and 1/4 Rachel-Reuben.

I'm not sure we liked the biscuits on the top. May serve on a piece of Rye Toast next time.

I haven't tried this ... but it sounds good, but is it HEALTHY??? I don't know about that. High in all the bad things. - 1/9/09

This recipe has was to tweak it to make it better for you. Maybe use less than the tube of biscuits or skip it all together, cut out the butter, change to 2% or fat free swiss cheese, and switch the regular thousand island to the low fat, low calorie version. Cant wait to try it. - 1/8/09

I LOVE Reubans, this sounds so good...the ones I grew up with didn't have thousand island dressing, so I wonder if without that and use the crackers instead of biscuits (it might cut the calories). - 1/5/09
