Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    2 can red kidney beans
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 capful of Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle
    1-2 Tablespoons cayene pepper, as desired
    Chili powder and/or garlic may also be added

Directions

Brown beef, chopped onion, chopped pepper, drain.
Add other ingredients.
Simmer about 1 hour
makes about 6 1cup servings
