Ingredients

    Nonfat milk - 1 cup
    granulated sugar - 3/4 cup
    light cream - 2 cups
    vanilla extract - 2 tsp
    oreo cookies, chopped - 6 cookies

Directions

Whisk sugar into very cold milk until dissolved. Add 2 cups light cream and vanilla extract, mix. Chill mixture for up to 2 hours. Pour into ice cream mixer and mix about 25 minutes. Add oreo cookies and mix about 5 minutes more.

Makes about 10 servings.
