Ingredients

2.5 lb. lean hamburger, browned & drained
1 large can diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
1/4 cup dry lentils
2 T. milled flaxseed
1 large can of mixed vegetables (29 oz.)
1 can of mixed vegetables (15 oz.)
1 can of french style green beans (14.5 oz)
1 can sliced carrots (14.5 oz.)
1 can black beans (15 oz)
1 large can spinach well drained (27 oz)
Spices to taste.
Directions
Brown and drain 2.5 lbs. raw hamburger meat, in a large soup pot. Add 1 large can of diced tomatoes. Add 3 cans of water. Add 1/4 c. dry lentils. Add 2 T milled flaxseed. Let come to a boil. Add 1 large and 1 small can of mixed vegetables; 1 can french style green beans; 1 can of sliced carrots; 1 can Bush's black beans. Drain 1 large can of spinach. Drain well, then add to soup. Season with beef boullion crumbs, Ms. Dash, chili powder, and other spices of your taste.
Makes 20 servings of 1 cup each.
