Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna
    2 tbs butter
    2 tbs whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1.5 cups of skim milk
    1/2 cup grated swiss cheese

Directions

add flour, salt, and pepper to a sauce pan over medium heat. Very slowly, stir in milk, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, then add in tuna.

Fill crepes with about 2 tbs of filling. Place in a casserole dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
