Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
    1/4 cup chopped apple
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Top 1 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon, chopped apples & sliced almonds.

*for added protein, mix unflavored or vanilla protein powder to cottage cheese.
* for added flavor, add a dash of almond or vanilla extract to cottage cheese.
