Introduction

These are yummy muffins with fewer calories than a lot of other muffins.
Makes 12 muffins.

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup oats
    1/2 cup raisins (optional)
    3 Tbsp oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup milk
    Topping:
    2 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp flour
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp melted butter

Directions

Combine dry ingredients (first 6 ingredients). Add wet ingredients (next 3) and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 full.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon topping.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
