Ingredients

    48 Low Fat Nilla Wafers
1/4 cup brewed, caffeine free coffee
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
    1+1/2 cups Skim Milk, cold
6 serving size pkg of Sugar Free Vanila Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
2 cup container of Cool Whip Free
1/4 cup chocolate Mini chips [2 oz]

Directions

36 of the wafers line the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. [I use clear glass Pyrex, it is prettier]
Drizzle about an ounce of coffee on the cookies.

Cream the cheese in a Large Bowl with Mixer. Gradually beat in the skim milk.
Add the dry pudding & beat for 1 minute.

Gently stir in the FREE Cool Whip.
Spread half into the pie plate over the cookies. Spread evenly.
Place 12 more cookies over the layer of pudding. Apply coffee to this layer of cookies. [I used a pastry brush.]
spread the remaining pudding/cool whip mixture over the the other ingredients.
Sprinkle sparingly over the top the chocolate mini-chips. Cover with plastic wrap.
Optional: top with strawberries/not in nutrition calculation.
Refrigerate for 3 hours. 12 servings.
Refrigerate leftovers.

    Very Good

Does it taste like tiramisu? Not really.... Is it delicious? Most definitely! While this wasn't quite what I hoped for, it definitely satisfied my sweet tooth and my guests loved it. I would suggest soaking the wafers in the coffee rather than drizzling. There just wasn't enough coffee flavor. - 3/9/10

    Incredible!
Used this recipe as a starting point but made several changes. I used ladyfingers. I made 12 individual servings in clear plastic dessert cups (8 oz drinking cups) because they would fit into large muffin tins and transport easily. They were a big hit. Will make again. - 3/6/13

Made this for my mom's birthday party. She loves tiramisu but not the calories, so this was a win-win! I don't tend to like things that taste like diet food, but this doesn't taste like that. It's not exactly like real tiramisu, but it's simpler and wonderful in its own way. My dad even liked it! - 7/22/12

    Incredible!
My husband is Italian--and LOVES tiramisu. I don't think I used enough coffee because you couldn't taste it so I will definitely use a stronger kind and more of it next time I make it. It doesn't taste exactly like tiramisu, but it's absolutely delicious! - 7/6/12
