Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey
1 lb steak
4 c bell peppers
2 habanero peppers
2 jalepeno peppers
4 red chili peppers
4 c red kidney beans
1 c onion
8 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed red pepper
45 ounces stewed tomatoes
2 green chili peppers
1/3 c Tobasco sauce
Directions
Brown ground turkey
Cut up lean steak into bite sized pieces (do not brown first -- will cook in the crock pot)
Put both meats into a crock pot
Dice the bell peppers (I use all the colors for a pretty chili), onions, jalepenos, habaneros and chili peppers
Put the diced vegetables into the crock pot
Add both cans of kidney beans with juices into the crock pot
Add 3 cans of diced stewed tomatoes with juices into the crock pot
Crush garlic and add to crock pot
Add seasonings to the crock pot
Mix together well
Place lid on crock pot
Simmer for 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low
