Introduction
Yes, it's not diet food. No, I don't care.It is addictive, so I suggest you only make it when there'll be at least six people munching on it. Using a small, 2 oz ladle helps keep the portions easy to control (a small demitasse cup is perfect for this too). Still, at least it has some fiber...

Ingredients
-
1 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
1/3 cup peanut butter, extra crunchy
2 Tbsp butter
========================
6 cups Wheat Chex (1 small box)
3/4 cup golden seedless raisins
3/4 cup mixed nuts, dry roasted
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
=========================
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, unsifted
Directions
1---Combine cereal, raisins (unstick them), and nuts (leave out the 1/2 cup chocolate chips).
2---Put the 1 cup chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in microwave. Cook for 30 seconds and stir; repeat twice or until all the chips are melted (keep in mind that the crunchy peanut bits will look like lumps of chocolate, so test them).
3---Pour chocolate mixture over chex mixture -- scrape the bowl to make sure you get it all. Stir chex mixture as you pour. Stir mixtures together until everything is completely coated in chocolate.
4---Add powdered sugar to mixture. Stir until coated.
5---Add the 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stir until coated.
