Introduction

This is a quick tasty dish other fish filets can be substituted for flounder. The recipie can easily be doubled to serve two. This is a quick tasty dish other fish filets can be substituted for flounder. The recipie can easily be doubled to serve two.

Ingredients

    Flounder filet
    1/2 c fresh broccoli
    juice from 1 lime
    1 tbs. finely chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tbs extra light olive oil
    black pepper to taste
    Paprika

Directions

1 filet serves one
finely chop broccoli and cilantro add the juice from the lime and 1/2 the olive oil black pepper to taste.
take the remaining olive oil and spread it on a baking dish( a paper towel works well for this)
take the filet place it in the pan cover it with the broccoli mixture and roll it up secure it with a tooth pick
Sprinkle with paprika and bake until done.

Serve with a side salad and rice.
