    - 4 whole wheat 8-inch tortillas
    - 2 cups Morningstar burger crumbles
    - 2 cups of mild thick/chunky salsa
    - 1 can refried beans
    - 1 bag reduced fat 4-cheese mexican shredded cheese

    Not included in calories/optional:
    - chopped/sliced jalepenos
    - sour cream
    - black olives


Heat crumbles on stove top pot until break apart then add salsa. Mix over medium heat and stir in refried beans until heated through.

Spread 2 heated tortillas on bottom of a pan, cover with half meat mixture. Cover with 1/2 bag of cheese. Repeat for top layer.

Heat for 30 minutes or until bubbly on top!
