    Tilapia filet, 4 oz
    1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
    1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 Tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft)
    3/4 Tablespoon Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing
    1/2 Tablespoon Onion powder
    Dash Salt
    Dash Basil
    Dash Pepper, black


Spray a baking dish.
Place fish in dish.
Brush with lemon juice.
Bake Fish
While fish is baking, mix the rest of the ingredients, use a fork.
When fish is flaky, take it out of the oven, spread the mixture on top and bake until it browns.
