Introduction

Similar to the box meal, this recipe has been modified a little to make it healthier. Similar to the box meal, this recipe has been modified a little to make it healthier.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp Old El Paso taco seasoning mix, reduced sodium
    2 cups Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    6 whole wheat tortillas
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream

Directions

Brown ground turkey in large skillet, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix and salsa and heat until warm. Spread a small amount of meat mixture into bottom of round casserole dish. Place one tortilla on top. Spread small amount of meat mixture on top of tortilla and top with small amount of cheddar cheese. Continue layering, ending with cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Serve with sour cream. Makes 8 servings.
