small onion
200g carrots
can pureed tomato
2 stock vegetable cubes
1l water
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
for 4 people
in a pot gentle fry the onion and bacon in the oil
add diced carrots and rest of ingredients simmer for 30 minutes.
