Ingredients

    4 hardboiled eggs
    .5-1 tbsp Yellow Mustard or Dijon
    1 tbsp Mayo
    1 Celery Stalk Chopped finely
    4-5 Baby Carrots (or 1/2 of a regular sized carrot ) shredded

Directions

Boil eggs according to a recipe you prefer.
Chop eggs and mix in ingredients.
Stuff pitas!
