Ingredients

8009 Lean Minced Seak
2 Medium Carrots
2 sticks Celery
1 large onion
4 small mushrooms
2 tins chopped tomatos
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp paprika
2tbl tomato puree
3 cloves garlic - crushed
2 pints of beef stock (thick)
2 Kg mashed potato
Directions
place onion, carrots, celery in food processor and chop, add mushrooms for 3 seconds.
Brown mince in pan. Drain of fat and return to pan. Add chopped vegitables and mix, add paprika and herbs and stir.
Add Garlic, tomato puree and stir. Add chopped tomatos, stir.
Add beef stock, stir.
leave to simmer for 20 min, stiring occastionally.
When cooked, place in oven proof dish or 9 foil single serving dishes.
cover meat mixture with mashed potato. - cook in oven for 20 min until potato is golden brown.
This receipe freezes well.
