Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 4 large (remove)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Hard boil eggs. Cool. Peel and chop in half.
Remove yolk, mix in salt, pepper, curry powder, mayo and mustard. Spoon into cut boiled eggs.

    With my company doing a "Biggest Looser" contest this was a huge hit at the 4th of July Potluck! My family enjoyed them as well & I loved how easy they were to make! - 7/2/10
