Seasoning is good but cooking time is off, you need to cook them for 30 minutes at 400, turning after 15 mins. - 2/9/09

    Incredible!
These were great! I do not like sweet potatoes and I actually loved these fries. I do not think I cooked them long enough to make them crispy, but they were still good and I will make them again. I omitted the honey as they did not need them. Very good without the honey. - 2/5/09

    Incredible!
I par boiled a bit to make cutting easier. Omitted salt, pepper and honey. Baked on 425, for about 15 min on each side (until crispy). Because I par boiled, I put olive oil and garlic powder on a dinner plate and coated potatoes that way. Best fries I've ever had! My son's raaction was simply...OMG! - 2/3/09
