Ingredients

    1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/3 c water
    1 cup uncooked brown rice
    seasonings to taste
    2 c frozen mixed vegetables
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

Stir all but the chicken in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken and season as desired. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. You can top with shredded cheese but this is not figured into the nutritional information.

    I just made this for dinner and it was great. Fast prep and easy as can be. I will definitely make this again. - 7/1/09
