Ingredients

    ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz.
    .25 cup crushed crackers
    2 tbsp of extra light olive oil
    2 large Eggs
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp each of Oregano, and Thyme (dried)
    1 tsp each of basil and Parsley(dried)
    1/2 tbsp of dried onion

Directions

mix with hands, just until combined. Transfer to loaf pan. Bake at 425, for 45 min or until reaches 180 degrees with themometor.
