    1/2 green pepper
    1/4 cup diced can tomatoe
    1/4 cup frozen spinache
    1/2 cup egg beaters

Directions

mix all veggies. in pan spray with non stick cooking spray. pour in egg beaters. spoon in as much veggies as you want.
