Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 Avacados
    1 medium tomato
    1/2 small onion
    Juice of 1/2 Lemon
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Dice avacado very small (for a chunkier guacamole) or puree it if you desire a smooth dip.
Add diced tomatoes and diced onion, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Puree the final result for a smoother guacamole (I like some chunks in mine :) )
