A nice dressing for any Asian-themed salad. A nice dressing for any Asian-themed salad.
Number of Servings: 11


    1/3 cup mellow white miso
    1/3 cup sesame tahini
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2/3 cup warm water


Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Makes (12) 2-tablespoon servings.

  • This dressing is awesome! I tossed it on a spring mix salad with avocado and almonds and it was fantastic. I also used red miso instead of white since that was what I had, so I dont think the color of the miso matters to much. Thanks for the recipe! - 6/5/11
