    1 c quick oats
    2 c skim milk
    1 T butter, melted
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1/4 c raisin
    1/2 c walnuts, chopped
    1 c chopped apple

Directions

Mix all ingredients in crockpot - cook on low for 6 to 8 hours

    Very Good
    This is nice to wake up in the morning and have breakfast ready to eat. I also used steel cut oats its very good. - 3/15/07
