Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 (F).
Wash and scrub potatoes and cut into wedges. Combine canola oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and sea salt in a bowl. Toss with the potato wedges until evenly coated.
Place potatoes in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes, then use a spatula or tongs to turn potato wedges. Cook for an additional 25-30 minutes or until crispy on the outside. (If potatoes stick, you may want to add a light coat of cooking spray.)
Makes 4 servings (approx 2/3-cup per serving).
