This smoothie has amazing flavor. This smoothie has amazing flavor.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 cup 8th Continent Original Light Soy Milk
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Juice
    1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
    1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
    1 tablespoon Raw Wheat Germ
    8 teaspoons Equal or Splenda
    3 - 5 Ice Cubes

Directions

Add Soy milk and ice into the blender.

Blend on low until ice is chopped up.

Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until thoroughly blended.

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.

    Very Good
    I have also made this with orange juice, assorted fresh fruits, and substituted frozen bananas for the ice. The frozen bananas make it cold and thick like a shake. Very good. - 4/5/07
