    Vanilla Yogurt, 1 cup
    Milk, 1%, 6 fl oz
    Blueberries, frozen, 1 cup
    Blackberries, frozen, 1 cup
    Honey, 2 tbsp

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, and cover
Blend (Puree) for 45 - 60 seconds
Serve

Makes 3 8.5 oz servings
